Now that we have our date, what’s next?
Once you have confirmed your Day of Photography, you can expect to receive your packet reflecting that date and containing your sign-up sheet and paperwork roughly four months before your date.
Please post your Sign-up sheet as quickly as possible in a high traffic area. You will find it beneficial to look through your packet and familiarize yourself with the overall process and the information that is required in order to construct an accurate composite of your chapter.
Secure a photo location for the date and times needed. Keep the following things in mind.
- Size of room is at least 18x20
- Ceiling is at least 8’ high
- Room is available 1 ½ hours before and after your scheduled session (for set-up and tear-down)
- At least 2 tables are available to accommodate the photographer’s computer equipment
If you need to reschedule your photography session, please call our Scheduling Department for alternate dates as soon as possible, or contact us today.
- Our goal is 100% participation/representation of your chapter.
- Post Sign-up Sheet in high traffic area.
- Secure a location for the photography session
- Complete Picture Chairman paperwork ahead of time and bring on Day of Photography
