Our All-Inclusive Pricing – No hidden charges!

WYSIWYG At Digital Pix, there are no hidden fees. What you see is what you get!
|
You will know what price you will be paying per person (participant) on the day you enter into a service agreement with Digital Pix. Your service agreement lists the price you will pay per participant so that you, who know the actual number of members who will participate, can determine the cost of your composite.
The price quote is exclusive of prices that cannot be calculated until the actual day of photography, like the costs of shipping (determined by the actual size of your composite and periodically subjected to fuel surcharges), special handling (if any) like the use of last year images from archived photos for members not photographed, Greek licensing fees (if applicable) and taxes. Ask for additional help if you need an estimate of these additional costs for budgeting purposes.
And our agreement will list the products that you will receive, giving you the opportunity to make sure that you are getting everything that you expect from your composite company. As Digital Pix is constantly adding new products and new product options to our offerings, there are always exciting add-ons that are available to choose from. Contact us for information about our latest offerings. Click here to see our current line of products and upgrades. Some items include deluxe frame colors, textured mount boards, watermarks, and specialized miniature composite copies.
Click here to see our current composite packages if you haven’t already chosen your preferred level of products and services or if you are shopping for a composite company. Please contact us for pricing information. You simply choose the level of service and products that fit your organization’s needs and that determines the price that you pay. There are no hidden charges! Your composite will arrive ready to hang and display. Everyone in your group will receive a miniature copy of your composite.
You won’t pay extra for a frame or to have all of your officer titles displayed on your composite. You won’t be limited in the number of officer titles you place on your composite or be charged for acrylic UV protection on your composite. You won’t have to decide who gets a miniature because everyone receives a copy. When you ‘do the math’ after you pay your invoice, you won’t discover that you paid a much higher than anticipated price per person. At Digital Pix, WYSWYG – “what you see is what you get.”
Helpful Suggestions:
-
NEVER OVERPAY - Always check your invoice before making a payment. Do this simple math to determine what your per person charge really is. Be wary of any company that promises to give you a free composite. No composite company can stay in business and give you a free composite.
-
HOW DO I ‘DO THE MATH’ to make sure that I am not being cheated? Take out your invoice. Deduct any billing for taxes or shipping, then add upgrade options. Divide the remainder (the actual invoice price less deductions) by the number of members appearing on your composite. This calculation yields the actual amount you paid per person. If you do this math, you can’t be fooled by companies that say they charge a low per person price or that state that you are getting your composite for free.
If you are quoted a composite per person price that is substantially below the prices quoted by reputable composite companies, you can bet that there are products or product components and services that are not included in your contract. Click here to see a checklist of composite products and services that should be included in your agreement. A short checklist is also available upon request. Use this checklist to make sure that everything important to your organization is included. Never accept a contract until you have compared the list of what is included (product plus services) against the list of things you require. If there are any components missing, make sure that component is added to your contract at no additional charge and your agreement is clear that there are no extra charges.
-
BE PROACTIVE if you think that you have rights that are being violated! Ask to see in writing the company delivery guarantee. Ask how they intend to make good on their delivery promise if they fail to deliver on time. Ask them what processes that are in place to move the composite from photography to a timely delivery as promised. If they can’t describe how they can make good on their promise, it is likely that they won’t be able to make their promised delivery date.
-
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ONE “GO TO” PERSON to handle your account! Ask if they have one account representative that you can contact by phone and by email, who will assist you throughout the entire process. Ask what steps that you can take to ensure that your composite isn’t held up for any reason.
Too often, composite companies shift responsibility for slow deliveries to their customers, claiming missing data prevented construction and timely delivery of composites. At Digital Pix, we virtually have eliminated delays through our efficient handling of necessary data and our exclusive account representative program. Lastly, remember that if a price is too good to be true or “free”, there are hidden charges.
