Every Digital Pix composite has a lifetime warranty. We guarantee that your composite is free of manufacturing defects and that you are 100% satisfied with the finished composite.

Because our reputation literally hangs on your wall, it is important that you trust us to preserve your traditions. Therefore, we use only the finest materials in the construction of you composite. We give your our lifetime guarantee that your products will be free of manufacturing defects. Should your composite fail because of manufacturing defects, we will replace it free of charge. Just treat your composite with care. As with all photography, it should be hung away from direct heat, moisture and direct sunlight, all of which are potentially damaging.

Examine your composite package immediately upon receipt from your carrier, to insure that your composite has arrived in perfect condition. If there is damage from the carrier, we will work with you to submit a claim to the shipping company. We will also construct a new composite free of charge to replace the damaged one, and ship it as quickly as we can. The replacement of your composite will receive the highest priority.

In addition, if you discover any errors on your composite that are the fault of Digital Pix, we will replace your composite at no cost to you. Where an error is found to be the fault of someone from your organization, we will replace your composite for a substantially discounted price.
