That is why we assign a highly trained customer service oriented Personal Account Representative to your organization immediately after your photography. Their job is to seamlessly guide you through the process, helping you make any important construction decisions for your organization’s composite. You can rely on them to alert you to new product options that may be of interest, check that all of your members are accounted for, and make certain that officer titles are accurately assigned. They will assist the graphic arts department with the design of your heading for the current school year, and conform it to your wishes. Their main purpose is to be your eyes and ears within our company, keeping your composite on track for an early delivery.

Membership Roster

As part of your service package with Digital Pix, your Personal Account Representative will oversee the maintenance of your membership roster and the storage of your construction details, making that information available for your organization’s picture chairperson next year.

Keep Our Information Current

In order to avoid communication breakdowns, please inform your personal account representative of any changes to your mailing address, email address, or contact information. If your designated picture chairperson changes during the school year, please give us the new contact information. Don’t let a simple contact change delay the shipment of your composite.
