Meet the Photographer
Our photographer will call you a day or so ahead of your scheduled session to confirm the location and time. Please make sure that you are available to meet the photographer about an hour and a half before the session so that they can set up their equipment and a professional studio at the location of your choice.

Assigned Times & Make Up Days
All members should arrive at their scheduled time and be prepared to have their picture taken. Remember, this is your only scheduled time for photography and it is important that all members make every effort to attend the session. Sometimes, free make up pictures are available on campus. Work with your Account Representative to find any additional dates and times.

Data Entry
Each student will start by taking a camera card from the stack and scanning it into the first computer station, where they will be asked to confirm or enter their name and address data. This step also allows the students to enter in their pledge class and year in school for arrangement on the composite.

|
Say Cheese!
After data entry, participants will proceed to the photographer station, where they will have their picture taken. Our photographer will take 3-5 poses of each participant. Some graduate groups require hats or pins, so please make sure that they are available for your session. Inform the photographer of any restrictions or special instructions prior to the first participant.

Pose Selection
Finally, you can see your pictures and choose the most flattering pose. This process is usually a fun experience, where your friends can gather around and help you select the best pose for the composite. That is it; the entire process takes only a few minutes!

 |
Invoice & Payment
At the end of the session, the photographer will calculate your preliminary composite charges, create an invoice for the Picture Chairman, and collect payment.
