Scheduling
Your experience begins with scheduling. Our staff is dedicated to making your session go smoothly, so all you need to do is pick the month and the preferred date for your sittings. We will work with you to finalize a date and time. Once scheduled, you will receive a packet of information that explains everything you’ll need to know regarding your composite. You must confirm your photography session either by mailing back the postcard provided or completing the online form.

Picture Chairmen receive a packet of information prior to the photography session. Forms included in the packet are available to download and print (see links on left).

Paperwork
Your packet of information will contain forms that your members need to complete and hand to your photographer on the day of your photo session. New members’ information must be included. Members who have already been photographed by us in prior years do not need to fill in camera card data unless they need to make changes. Call if you need assistance in filling out your forms and we will be happy to help.

Your Photography Session
Relax and have fun! Your confirmation allows us to put your preferred date on our photography calendar. Our photographer will call you one to two days prior to the scheduled session to coordinate access to the photography site. Since we bring our studio to you, it is essential to arrange a time and a meeting place for the photographer to unload equipment, gather, and review for completeness the needed paperwork from you. Expect our photographer (1) to arrive at least one hour before the first scheduled appointment to set up the professional studio, and (2) to stay an hour after the last appointment in order to tear down the equipment. Everyone will be given ample time with our professional photographer, allowing for the capture of a great composite portrait.
Sitting
First, just what is a sitting? A sitting is the time each participant spends with our photographer one-on-one, when he captures your images for placement on your organization’s composite. Great skill, ideal lighting conditions, high tech equipment, and proprietary state of the art software ensures that your portrait is perfect. Attire is chosen by your organization and the private sittings are included free in our low all inclusive pricing. Any class senior, who is photographed in a drape, a professional uniform, or a graduation gown, can arrange with our office in advance for an additional sitting in street clothing for portraits and graduation announcements on the day of photography. Your Photo Day Experience
Your members input their personal data (contact information, year in school, pledge class, email address, etc.) on the day of photography at a computer work station. They get ready for their sitting by making last minute touch-ups to hair and/or makeup before they sit for their professional portraits. Our photographer views, at his/her workstation, every image taken to ensure that great poses and expresions are capture. This ability to view every pose guarantees that everyone will have great poses to choose from. Lastly, your members complete the process by choosing their composite pose at another computer work station. Every organization is assigned a personal account representative who will contact you after your photo session. It is their job to ensure that

your composite is perfect. Your representative will stay with you through the entire process. Your representative will help you manage your membership roster, making sure all members are represented on the completed composite. Your representative will determine who wasn’t photographed and assist you in finding another location for them to be photographed. Your representative will also help you to select composite design details. Whenever needed, your account representative will be there to assist with any other requests or concerns that need special handling. Our staff is easy to work with and will respond quickly to any need or question you might have.

Composite Proofing Service
We offer a complimentary composite proofing process. Once your composite is ready for production, we will create a digital version and send it to you via email to look over and approve. All changes or corrections will be made and, if necessary, another proof will be sent for approval. This allows your group a last check of the composite details before construction begins. This system virtually ensures that we guarantee your composite will be error free.
Customer Service Surveys
We contact every organization that we photograph within ten days after their photography session. We ask questions that are designed to ensure that every customer has received the level of service from our staff and photographers that they expected and are entitled to. Ten days after the delivery of the composite, we contact our customers again, to insure that their products have been received in pristine condition and that all of the information is accurate. It is only through this survey process that we can be assured that our company has done a great job for you. Billing
Each composite order is priced and therefore billed per participant; the total price is based on the number of people that have been photographed and that appear on the composite. Participants may appear on the composite using a Last Year Image. Payment is due on the day of photography. Please have your treasurer or other authorized officer available at the conclusion of the session to confirm the invoice amount and remit the balance due. For Non-Greek groups, payment by individual students is required in order for them to be photographed and included on the composite. For specific pricing and agreement information, please contact us.
