What happens when people can't make the session?
We understand that busy schedules and unexpected circumstances can prevent someone from being photographed with their own group. Since our goal to achieve 100% recognition, Digital Pix offers several opportunities to remedy that dilemma.
If you are aware of this situation prior to your photography session, you can
contact us to check for alternate photo opportunities. Our helpful staff will be happy to provide you with possible alternatives both on your campus, or nearby.
Once the Day of Photography has arrived, you can always consult your photographer. He or she will have the most up-to-date information about their schedule and help you identify alternate locations.
If all photo opportunities have been exhausted, we offer two remaining options to complete your composite including all eligible participants.
- Use a previous pose on file if one is available
- Be listed as ‘Not Pictured’
