Digital Pix will ship your Sorority, Fraternity, or Nursing composite to you within 30 business days of your final photo session. Of course, the less complex that your composite construction requirements are, and the more complete your paperwork is on the day of photography, the faster we can process and ship your order. You composite may actually ship in less than 30 business days.
In order to accommodate our price-conscious consumers as well as our most discerning and demanding premium Greek Sorority and Fraternity consumers, Digital Pix offers a budget product and service package called Value Express. If you select this easy-to-manufacture product, and provide us with all of the images and data we need on your photo day, we can shorten your composite delivery time to 21 days!! This is an option that might be especially attractive to organizations that wish to display their composites for a scheduled function such as a rush party or a graduation celebration! Because of the fast turn-around on this package, we are able to pass some savings on to you. This is our most economical composite package.
Your personal account representative will work with you to obtain missing information and to answer any questions about the instructions in your paperwork. Once your composite is completed, Digital Pix will provide you with an email proof copy for your inspection. Your prompt reply and approval are all that stand between final production and delivery. And that means that your Sorority, Fraternity, Nursing or Professional Graduate organization will be able to enjoy your composite within your current school year!
Prior to shipping, we reinforce and package your composite to withstand the perils of overland transport and to ensure that your product arrives at your door in pristine condition. We will select the best method for shipping. We only use shippers who can be relied upon to meet their published delivery schedules. While your large composite requires someone to be on-site to physically accept the delivery, miniature composites can be delivered to any address and without the need for anyone to accept the delivery.

GET EVERYONE TO SIGN UP - Remind all of your members to sign up for a photo time, and tell that that you will use last year’s digital image if they are not photographed. The latter option is only available to members who have images on file from a previous year. The roster that we supply to you contains a list of members who have images available.

GET EVERYONE TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED - Make sure that everyone is photographed on their scheduled day. If you find it impossible to have certain of your members photographed, please designate them as appearing using a digital image from last year, or appearing as “Not Pictured” with their name and/or title only.

COMPLETE THE FORMS - Provide your photographer with your detailed and completed paperwork on the day of your photo session.

APPROVE THE PROOF - After checking your composite’s proof copy, please notify us of any corrections, or sign off with your approval as promptly as possible.

PICK THE RIGHT PACKAGE FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION - Choose a level of products and services appropriate to your budget.

PAY ON THE DAY OF PHOTOGRAPHY - Include your payments for your composite products and services at the time of photography. We cannot begin the construction of your composite unless your complete payment has been received.

PROVIDE ACCURATE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AND ADDRESSES. Nothing is more disappointing to a group than to miss delivery of their composite products because you didn’t provide a correct shipping address.

COMPOSITES REQUIRE SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE - Remember that your composite delivery requires a person on-site to be available to receive your shipment. As the last day of school approaches, make sure that you give Digital Pix an alternate address if there is a possibility that no one will be available at the permanent address to receive your packages.

COMPOSITE DELIVERIES CANNOT BE MADE DURING BREAKS – If your 30 day delivery date falls during any scheduled break, we will hold your composite delivery for a later date, at no extra charge.

HOME MINIATURE DELIVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE - We have a service to ship miniature composites individually to members at their homes. Ask about this service if your organization is photographed near the end of the term and your composite copies cannot be delivered to your group prior to the last date that your group meets together.
