The Composite Process
Easy, fun and fast! Our composite process is seamless and
painless. From scheduling to photography and beyond, we
handle all of the details so that you don't have to.
What is a sitting?
A sitting is the
time you spend with our photographer one-on-one, where he
captures your images for placement on your organization's
composite. Great skill, ideal lighting conditions, high tech
equipment, and proprietary software ensure that our portrait
is perfect. We bring our studio to your location. Your
private sitting is included in our low, all-inclusive
pricing.
What is included in our pricing?
Each composite is billed per person and the
total price is based on the number of people
that appear on the composite. For pricing and agreement

Scheduling
The entire composite process begins with scheduling. Our
staff is dedicated to making your session go smoothly, so
you pick the month and preferred date for photography. Once
scheduled, you will receive a packet of information about
your composite and the process.
Confirm your session
either by mailing back the postcard provided or completing
the online form.
Paperwork
Your packet of information
contains the forms that you will need at
your session. Returning customer forms have been completed,
except for information on new members and composite
construction changes. Just complete, verify the
accuracy of the content, sign them, and hand them to the photographer.
New group forms will be blank and need to be
completed.

Your Photography Session
Your confirmation begins the process and reserves your
preferred date for photography. Our
photographer will call you just prior to your scheduled date
of photography to coordinate access to the photography
location. It is essential to arrange a time and meeting
place for the photographer to meet you to gather the needed
paperwork and unload his equipment. Our photographer will
set up his professional studio at your specified location in
advance of the scheduled time. Therefore, expect the photographer to arrive about an hour before the
session to set up and stay about a half an hour past the end of the
session to tear down. Digital Pix provides drapes
in a variety of colors and pearls as a convenience for your
photography session.
Billing
Payment is due on the day of photography; please have
your treasurer or other authorized officer available at the
conclusion of the session to confirm the invoice amount and
remit the balance due. For Non-Greek groups, payment by individual
students is required in order to be photographed for
inclusion on the composite. For

Account Representative Service
Every organization is assigned a personal account
representative, a single point of contact,
after the day of photography. Your personal representative
will help with all of the composite details. They are here to help
you determine who wasn't photographed, and assist to find other locations
where your members may be photographed. They help you choose composite
design details, and much more. Every composite is unique and
requires special handling. Our staff is easy to work with and
responds quickly to any need or question you might have.
Composite Proofing Service
We offer a complimentary composite proofing process to
guarantee our err-free promise. Once your
composite is ready for production, we create a digital
version and send it to you via email to look over and
approve. Any changes or corrections are made and, if
necessary, another proof is sent for approval.
Delivery of the master composite and individual copies will
be approximately 1-2 weeks after approval of the proof.
Customer Service Surveys
We contact every organization that we photograph within ten
days after the photography session. We ask questions that
are designed to ensure that every customer has received the
level of service from our staff and photographers that they
expected and are entitled to. We also contact all of our
composite customers within ten days of our delivery of your
composite to ensure that the process was easy and that we
are the only composite company you will consider doing
business with in the future.
